What we offer
Measured Survey
A measured survey involves a full measure up of your property that is then converted to scaled drawings that will form the foundation of your project. Please note that this does not constitute a full building survey, if this is required then we can help you obtain one from one of the specialist consultants we work closely with.
The measured survey can be used to plan out internal remodels that would accompany a new kitchen, redesign your space to help it flow and also construct additions in the form of extensions and loft conversions.
Principle Designer
The principle designer role involves everything required to ensure your project is constructed safely and all risks are mitigated. We produce all of the relevant documentation and risk assessments and work together with your builder to ensure this is all filled in correctly throughout the construction phase. The key legislation that is required to be considered include, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, Building Safety Act 2022 and Building Regulations.
Planning Application
Using the information gathered from your measured survey and the existing plans that it helped to produce; we can now start working on the design to match your project brief and start bringing those ideas from your imagination into physical reality.
A collaborative approach is then used to flesh out and finalise the design. Once this is complete, it is submitted to the local planning authority.
Land Registry Plans
If you are buying, selling or registering a property for the first time, Land Registry compliant plans need to be submitted to Land Registry to establish new ownership details. Our team has a wealth of experience in helping homeowners and legal representatives alike in navigating this legal requirement.
Building Control
Building regulations are the final set of drawings that are produced for your project. The building regulations stage outlines how it is built. The building regulations drawings are the drawings that are provided to your builder so a quote for the proposed construction cost can be calculated.
Once all this information is collated, the plans and relevant documents are submitted to Building Control for FULL Plans Approval.
Feasibility Studies
If you have a piece of land that you feel can be developed into one or more properties, or your home is on a large plot where an additional property can be built; then get in touch and we will see what is possible when planning legislation is applied to your proposed site.
